Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk trough with the ownership and Filiberto's representative. The following items were discussed for follow up. 1). Finish the opening in the wall around the soda lines at the drive through, some of the wall is also not finished out. 2). Install a rigid drain line behind the soda station, provide a hub drain or stand pipes in which the drain lines of the dining area soda station can be placed and then lead to the floor sink, maintain air gap and gravity flow. Properly brace. 3). Provide hot water at all the sinks, water heater is off. 4). Make the drive through window self closing by means of a sensor. 5). Install a split escutcheon plate at the hand sinks where missing, multiple. 6). Install a trap seal for the floor sink across from the three compartment sink. 7). Provide shelving for dish washing and food storage. Keep the bottom shelve 6 inches off the floor. 8). Provide hot water at the back room hand wash sink. 9). For the walk-in condensate line, caulk on both ends and at the mop sink install an escutcheon plate. 10). Install a elbow down on the AC condensate line. 11). Paint the wooden board under the expansion tank in the room with water heater. 12). Provide a test report for the backflow valve upstream of the soda system. 13). Can't check right now. Make sure that there is no gap under the back door. 14). Shorten the drain line of the ice machine so it matched up with the hole in the drain grate. Zip-Tie two drains together. 15). Install soap and paper towels at all hand wash sinks. Okay to stock foods after shelving is set up. No training or dishwashing allowed. Make sure that someone at the store is certified manager certified. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed report.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
