This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection rights verbally reviewed with person-in-charge Lupe Galinda. Emailed inspection report. Due to Social Distancing Protocol in effect as of this date an inspection in the kitchen was not conducted. Discussed with owner Active Managerial Control and spoke with the owner in the dining room concerning the following items: Proper handwashing practices are followed Employee illness symptoms are known Paper towels and soap are available Restrooms are equipped with essential supplies Approved methods are used to sanitize food contact surfaces Appropriate supplies are maintained to keep the facility clean All of these items were found in compliance therefore no violations were documented on this inspection.
