PIC stated that the pizzas were made roughly an hour prior to this inspection. Adjusted time stamps were placed for all zones. Discussed with PIC the importance of recording the appropriate time when using time as a public health control when pizzas are prepped and stored outside of refrigeration.

Core-4-402.11, C: Fixed Equipment, Spacing or Sealing ----- Observed a considerable unsealed gap between handwashing sink and wall by handwashing sink by office area, and damaged caulking at the handwashing sink near 3 compartment sink. Advised person in charge (PIC) that fixed equipment shall be sealed to wall to ensure proper cleaning. PIC stated they will have the handwashing sinks seal repaired as soon as possible.

Items were relocated and table sanitized. Ensure that there are designated areas for personal items or eating, drinking and tobacco use for personnel, located to protect food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service and single-use articles.
