Observed ambient temperature measuring between 48-55 degrees F (variation between top and bottom portion of refrigerator). No food was present in the refrigerator at time of inspection. PIC made adjustments to the refrigeration temperature gauge during inspection. Within 20 minutes the ambient temperature of the refrigerator was down to 40 degrees F. Discussed maintaining refrigeration in good repair- to include proper settings to operate correctly. 2nd consecutive violation
