Inspection Comments

Upon re-inspection, Priority Foundation violation for cold holding equipment has been corrected. During site visit, Person in Charge explained that the sandwich prep cooler had been looked at by repair company and it was suggested that before additional work was completed that the gaskets on doors be replaced to assist with cold holding. Facility has approved order of gaskets and are waiting for delivery. At time of reinspection the sandwich prep refrigerator across from grill was not being used. All items that were in unit have been transferred to other refrigerators. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Cesar F. Printed copy of inspection report to facility. Printed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection.
