Observed a bucket of beans soaking in water stored with chemical bottles under the 3-compartment sink. Discussed food protection with manager. Manager moved the bucket of beans to a prep table.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-202.12, P: Conditions of Use Observed chlorine sanitizer in bucket for wiping cloths to measured above 200 ppm. Spoke with manager about the correct concentration of chlorine sanitizer for wiping cloths. Manager remade the sanitizer at the proper concentration at time of inspection. Toxic materials shall be used according to the manufacturer's use directions included in labeling.
