Cardboard box of raw shelled eggs stored on floor in triple door cooler in center of front kitchen area. PIC moved the products to be stored off the floor. Please store food items at least 6 inches above the floor to help prevent possible contamination.

Core-3-304.12 , C: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage - Ladle at hot cocoa station and ice cream scoop at ice cream freezer stored in containers of water with temperature of 75*F. PIC moved both utensils to ware wash station. Discussed proper storage of in-use utensils between uses. PIC stated they will likely use hot water at 135*F for future utensil storage.
