Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection. Re-inspection scheduled for 1/29/18. Discussed glove use/bare hand contact with managers as well as date marking. Establishment was signed up for AMC Class on 2/1/18 1001 N. Central Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85004 from 9am-11am.
