Priority Foundation-7-102.11, Pf: Common Name-Working Containers >>> In warewashing area, observed a spray bottle with an orange liquid, a spray bottle with a yellow liquid and a small plastic container with blue liquid. Per employee, the bottles contained degreaser and bleach; dish detergent in the plastic container. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Employee proper labeled bottles and container. Discussed with Person in Charge importance of properly labeling containers of toxic materials.
