Observed that the hand wash sink in store and sink in employee restroom had no paper towels. Hand sinks must have a hand drying device. Paper towels were added to both sinks. Advised person in charge to visually check for paper towels every day.

Observed refrigerator with dairy product with an ambient temperature of 47*F. Equipment must hold temperature control for safety foods at 41*F or lower. Temperature control for safety foods (milk, butter, cheese and eggs) were placed in refrigeration units able to hold food at 41*F. Reinspection to be completed on or before October 7. 2022 to verify refrigerator is able to hold food at 41*F or lower.
