Observed Pico De Gallo in grill area refrigerator, and ready to eat ham and turkey in salad prep station with no pull dates. As per staff items were prepared or opened on Friday Aug. 20, 2021. All temperature control for safety foods opened for more that 24 hours must be marked with discard date not to exceed 7 days from opening. Items were date marked with the correct date.
