Machine was reading a 0 ppm chlorine concentration on the dish surfaces. Machine was run several times and primed but did not reach between 50-100 ppm chlorine. Chemical company was called to service machine and three compartment sink will be used in the meantime.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
