Per manager, TCS foods were prepared two days ago. Sliced deli meats, baked chicken wings, sliced cooked meats were provided preparation dates on packaging. Discussed the importance of proper date marking on TCS (time/ temperature control for food safety) foods if held in establishment >24 hours.
