Quat sanitizer is used at 3 compartment sink and for sanitizing food contact surfaces. The quat solution in sanitizer buckets measured at proper concentration between 200-400ppm. Reviewed requirement of always having sanitizer test strips available to ensure sanitizing solutions are in compliance with the FDA food code. Please acquire quat test strip prior to re-inspection within 10 business day.
