Person in charge stated she will get a probe thermometer available by the end of the week and will send a picture to inspector before re-inspection that will be conducted within 10 days. FOOD TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES shall be provided and readily accessible for use in ensuring attainment and maintenance of FOOD temperatures as specified under Chapter 3.
