Core-3-307.11, C: Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination Observed a metal bowl being used as a scoop in the collard greens pot in the walk-in refrigerator. Person in charge removed the bowl to be properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized at time of inspection. Discussed using utensils with long handles with person in charge to prevent possible contamination from occurring.
