Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained - Leak above lighting in rear of kitchen; water accumulating in protective shielding. On side of walk-in freezer in dry storage area a pipe is slowly leaking and has a catch bucket catching the drip below it. Please repair these leaks prior to next routine inspection. Plumbing shall be maintained in good repair. Faucet at 3 compartment sink is a little short that only half the water make it to the side basins. The faucet should be replaced with one that has a longer neck to reach all 3 basins adequately. Please replace the faucet head to allow for easy filling of each sink basin.

This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. Sanitizer dispenser is currently missing its limiter and providing a high amount of sanitizer. Sanitizer is being made manually. Ensure manufacturer's recommendations are followed when mixing Quat Ammonia sanitizer. Chlorine sanitizers may also be used and should be within 50-100 PPM when used on food contact surfaces. The inspection Report was printed and given to PIC at the establishment at time of inspection.
