Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions--- Observed grease build up behind grills, organic build up for behind most refrigeration units in kitchen and organic build up on inside of refrigerator doors. Person in charge stated he will clean behind the grills by the end of the day today and will have all other areas cleaned by the end of the week. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
