Inspection Comments

Advisory. On site visit with GM Jacqueline to discuss port-a-johns. PR Supervisor DB and RO Inspector JP present. Port-a-johns are not approved as permanent restrooms; remove port-a-johns by this Tuesday, as discussed on site. This was discussed on a previous visit with Larry. Establishment appears to not meet fixture count in terms of restrooms to occupancy count; however, true occupancy rating and classification unknown at time of inspection. If additional restrooms are necessary, they must be permanent/fixed, with hand sinks with hot and cold water, draining to the sewer, and meeting MCESD finish requirements. Consult with Town as to occupancy rate and number of restrooms necessary. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed and inspection rights provided to Jacqueline.
