Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Joe D. Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection. Discussed checking the upright refrigerator next to salad bar prep refrigerator to determine if defrost cycle is occurring during high prep time. Provided cooling logs to assist with verifying cooling practices.
