PIC unable determine source of water and inline backflow prevention device had water dripping from the port. Reviewed plumbing maintenance requirements and concerns related to allowing excessive water to accumulate. PIC will have work order placed for equipment to be assessed/repaired.

Report emailed at time of inspection. Inspection conducted with RS 1225. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager - PIC at time of inspection was not a Certified Food Protection Manager, no employee present at time of inspection was a CFPM. Reviewed requirements with PIC. 2nd consecutive inspection. Assessed shellstock storage and documentation. All requirements were found to be in compliance. Reviewed requirements and allowances for conducting reduced oxygen packaging operations. On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees.
