Core-6-501.112, C: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pest---During inspection observed 3 dead roaches in the floor of the dry storage area. In a second instance observed a dead roach in a clear-food container that had been used in the morning to hold cooked sausage patties. The clear-food container was not in use at the time of inspection, but was located in a designated dirty-tray bin in food production area. Upon request the manager asked the employee to remove all the dead roaches in the establishment, and the clear-food container was washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Please ensure the establishment is maintained free of pests or evidence of pests at all times.

Person in charge stated they will place a work order to repair small hole. Please ensure to maintain physical facility in good repair at all times. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions-- During inspection observed build up of food debris/grease on the floor below prep tables and in between fryers of the food preparation area. Person in charge stated they would clean the floors of the food preparation area. Please ensure to maintain floor, walls, and ceilings clean at all times.
