Observed mechanical dishwasher machine sanitizing at 0-10 ppm. In the meantime all dishwashing should be done at the three compartment sink. Re-inspection will occur on 3/18/19.

Per PIC it has only been outside for no more than an hour. Butter was put back inside the walk-in at time of inspection. All TCS items must be kept at 41*F or below.
