No sign posted as to ice cream not for self service. It is not feasible to allow self service from these large ice cream buckets and to ensure they are not contaminated. As per person in charge customers are required to wear gloves at buffets. Customer glove use is not suffiecient. Sign posted and instructed employees must monitor to make sure policy is followed. A permanent barrier is recommended to keep customers from being able to access.

Table can opener has thick layer of organic material on all surfaces. Table top slicer has dried food debris on all surfaces. As per person in charge it is used about 2x a week. Both items were cleaned at inspection.
