Core-4-501.11, C: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment --Observed handle of the walk-in freezer door not latching completely, leaving the door unsealed. The freezer was maintaining proper temperatures. Discussed need for all doors to close automatically and shut completely with the Person in Charge (PIC). Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Ensure the walk-in unit door is able to close automatically and seal correctly.
