Advisory. On-site courtesy visit with RS 635. Met with the owner/operator. Reviewed and discussed requirements, options, and recommendations for HACCP/Variance submittal, catering, mobile food, potential outdoor smoker area. The owner was provided with an email with HACCP Variance requirement for vacuum packaging meats as well as HACCP Templates. Inspection rights were verbally acknowledged by Roni T. No County legal action will result from this inspection. The report sent via auto email.
