Priority Foundation-6-301.11, Pf: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability Handsoap was not available at the handwashing sink in the kitchen. Soap should be available at all handwashing sinks at all times. PIC restocked soap. Priority Foundation-5-205.11, Pf: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance Handwashing sink was observed unconnected to any piping to drain waste to the floor drains. All handwashing sinks should remain in proper working condition and be available for use. Please reconnect plumbing prior to re-inspection. Priority Foundation-5-205.11, Pf: Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance Handwashing sink in kitchen was observed with a sanitizer bucket in it. Handwashing sinks should not be used for anything other than handwashing. PIC removed bucket.
