The new handwashing station observed during re-inspection is pending installation. Person in charge will repair the cold water handle for the handwashing station located near the manager's office. Please ensure to maintain handwashing station readily accessible and fully operational at all times. A re-inspection for this violation will occur in 10 days.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
