Then employee donned new gloves to handle raw chicken. PIC spoke with employee to wash hands in between task changes to prevent contamination to new gloves in the box.

PIC removed boxes to create a path to the hand sink. All hand sinks must be accessible at all times to ensure proper hand washing.

PIC relocated the boxes of raw chicken. Raw animal proteins must never be stored above RTE foods, and should be stored according to their final cooking temperature.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-4-602.11, P: Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils-Frequency. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4574/AMC-Toolbox---Food-Contact-Surfaces.---Observed 6 empty plastic containers stored in the hot holding unit. The temperature of the plastic containers was below 135'F. The containers contained particles of cooked chicken. Per PIC, the containers have not been used today to store any chicken. PIC removed the containers and brought them to the 3 compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. All food contact equipment must be cleaned and sanitized every four hours.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage---Observed drain full of wastewater under the fryers. The water had spilled out of the drain, and has pooled under/near the fryers. Plumber was called during inspection to clear the drains. Drains and lines must be clear to prevent waste water from flowing out onto the floor. Please contact us once the drains/lines are clear, and there is no longer waste water accumulating in the drains and the floor.

Wastewater was seen pooling in this area next to a drain (see suspension). Please resurface the floors so that they are level, smooth and easily cleanable. ***Repeat violation
