Person in charge stated deli slicer was not used since yesterday and had deli slicer properly cleaned at time of inspection. Ensure all food contact surfaces are properly washed/rinsed/sanitized/air dried before stored as clean.

Person in charge stated he will have all areas cleaned before next routine inspection. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
