PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.14, P: When to Wash. -- An employee went into the walk-in refrigerator used for the storage of raw chicken products and retrieved a bag of raw chicken, which they left at the cook station. They then removed their gloves but did not wash their hands. They then worked with exposed food (preparing a customer order). Priority Foundation-2-302.11, Pf: Maintenance-Fingernails. -- An employee wearing artificial nails prepared a customer order without wearing gloves on both hands. The employee wore a glove on the hand holding the dispensing utensil but did not on the hand holding the container (by the rim) that they were dispensing the food into.
