PRIORITY VIOLATION-2-301.12, P: Cleaning Procedure. Observed employee to wash hands with a glove on one hand. Discussed with employee proper handwash procedure and employee took off glove and rewashed hands properly. Food employees shall use the following cleaning procedure for cleaning hands, remove gloves if applicable, rinse under clean, running warm water, apply cleaning compound, rub together vigorously for at least 10 to 15 seconds, rinse under clean, running warm water. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-302.11 (A1-2), P: Packaged and Unpackaged Food-Separation, Packaging, and Segregation; Protection From Cross Contamination. Observed in walk-in cooler plastic bag of raw chicken stored above cabbage heads and zucchini squash. Discussed with manager the proper cold storage of raw and ready-to-eat foods. Manager moved the cabbage and squash to the top shelf. Food shall be protected from cross contamination by arranging each type of food in equipment so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented. Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Observed a cockroach on the condiment bottles on a table in the small dinning area. Manager stated pest control had treated establishment on Sunday 7/19/20. Discussed with manager to continue pest control treatments and clean thoroughly to eradicate cockroaches. Re-inspection scheduled for 7/31/20.

Priority Foundation-5-103.11, Pf: Capacity-Quantity and Availability Observed no hot water at any of the sinks in the establishment. Manager stated pilot light of the water heater had gone out. Manager lit the pilot light during inspection. Re-inspection scheduled for Wednesday 7/22/20.
