In walk-in refrigerator, observed raw sliced beef being stored above a cooked batch of tomatillos. Person in charge re-organized the shelf so that the raw meats were placed below ready to eat foods. Proper separation of raw from ready to eat foods prevents any possible cross contamination from occurring.
