Observed rice (120*), beans (128*F), chile verde (133*F), and beef (130*F) in warmer at temperatures below 135*F. As per the operator the food items had been cooked at approximately 1 and 1/2 hours before inspection started. Operator was able to reheat food to 165*F during inspection.
