Observed white beans in walk in cooler at 48*F. Cold hold of food is t remain at 41*F or lower. As per owner beans were old and to be discarded. Beans were embargoed and discarded. Advised person in charge to check temperatures of foods using a metal stem thermometer as needed.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 3 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Sebastian H. Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection. 2-102.12.(A) Certified Food Protection Manager. During site visit no staff on site with a Certifies Food Protection Manager certificate. As of February 2022, all establishments must have a Certified Food Protection Manager on site during normal hours of operation. Core Violation - Correct Prior to Next Inspection.
