Observed black sticky matter and food debris on the can opener blade at the bake table in the back. Spoke with PIC and can opener was placed in dish area to be washed. Ensure all food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch.

Observed 4 white plastic food containers in the walk-in cooler with organic matter and food debris on the outside of the containers. Spoke with PIC about washing containers. Ensure that the food storage containers are cleaned at a frequency to prevent the build up of food debris and organic matter.
