Observed pink matter along metal ice drop area. Food contact surfaces are to be cleaned at regular intervals to prevent build up of food debris and dirt. Manager turned ice machine off to melt ice and will have unit cleaned. Staff no longer have access to ice until machine is cleaned.

Observed shredded meat in walk in cooler with a prepared on date of 7/5/2021 at 51-54*F. As per manager product should have been in the walk in cooler at all times. Shredded meat was embargoed and discarded while on site. Advised manager that periodic temperature checks of cold food in walk in cooler would assist in making certain all foods are kept at 41*F.
