Observed multiple foods in deli case below 135*F Grilled chicken at 134*F, Carnitas 130*F, Carne asada 128*F,grilled jalapenos at 98*F. Hot hold of foods to be at 135*F or greater. Staff reheated food items to 165*F and returned to warmer.

Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection. Inspection conducted with Jessica Valdez. Provided time as control paperwork to assist with hot holding of food.
