Observed sanitizer solution for wiping cloths greater that 200 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer for wiping cloths to be between 50 - 200 ppm. Sanitizer was changed out and new bleach added to read 100 ppm.

Observed that staff had no test strips to verify correct sanitizer solutions for wiping cloths or at three compartment sink. Test strips are to be used to verify that sanitizer solutions for wiping cloths and at three compartment sink are between 50 - 200 ppm. Manager of store was made aware to order test strips.
