Inspection Comments

Pre-plan Advisory. On site visit with manager and owner to discuss options for a dump sink in front service area. Hand sink may not be removed from front service area (due to layout and location of next closest hand sink). A dump sink may be installed without the need for a remodel permit as long as existing water supply lines and floor sink/drain lines are used - recommend adding a stainless steel drop-in sink in table with water dispenser next to espresso machine. Sink must have hot and cold water through a mixing faucet. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed to Christina.
