PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law Sanitary sewer that is used by the three compartment sink and mop sink is clogged causing sinks to discharge grease laden waste water onto ground on the outside opposite wall of three sink and mop sink. Instructed person in charge to clear so as to drain to sanitary sewer, cut down vegetation growth and lay chlorinated lime down. I will followup on 11/15.
