Observed grill line cook crack raw eggs for order and then not wash hands or change gloves before continuing handling other food items and clean utensils. Manager discussed situation with cook on when to wash hands after handling raw meats and eggs. Grill line cook washed hands and changed gloves before next order. Utensils handled were removed and cleaned.

Observed that the hand sink next to grill line had cold water turned off. Manager showed that the cold water was constantly leaking and unable to be completely shut off. All hand wash sinks must have hot and cold water at mixing faucets. Owner was notified via phone during inspection that faucet was to be fixed. Re-inspection to be completed on 9/27/2021.

No County legal action will result from this inspection. Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Jesus M. Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection. Discussed cooling procedures for large batches of salsa, provided charts and information to help with verifying cooling practices. Reinspection will be completed on 9/27/2021 to verify faucet at hand sink next to grill has both hot and cold water available.
