After further investigation, the sanitizer tubes were not fully submerged in either sanitizer bucket. Both dishwashers were troubleshot at time of inspection and dispensed between 50ppm-100ppm. Reviewed dishwashing requirements with person in charge and the use of test strips to verify chlorine concentrations.

Inspection report emailed. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager --There was no certified food protection manager (CFPM) present at time of inspection. Provided CFPM information to the owner and discussed that a CFPM is required on site during all hours of operation.
