County legal action may result from this inspection. During this visit, it was observed that the only hand wash sink for this kitchen was moved to the far end of the prep line. This is too far from the back prep area. Hand wash sink must be installed in the center where it is easily accessible from the sandwich prep line and the back prep area. Please submit a remodel application, supporting documentation and fees within 7 business days, on or before 2/1/24.
