This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 3 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Yadira E. Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection. 2-102.12.(A) Certified Food Protection Manager. During site visit no staff on site with a Certifies Food Protection Manager certificate. As of February 2022, all establishments must have a Certified Food Protection Manager on site during normal hours of operation. Core Violation, Correct Prior to Next Routine Inspection. Discussed Certified Food Protection Manager requirements, Person in Charge's certificate has expired and is in process of scheduling class and exam. Enforcement of this code (2-102.12 (A), started on July 1, 2022). Discussed cooling practices to include cooling foods - 135*F to 70*F within 2 hours and then from 70*F to 41*F within an additional 4 hours. Cooling chart provided to assist with correct cooling practices.
