Thermometer was calibrated on site. Per person in charge (PIC), thee items were placed in the unit about an hour prior and were moved to the walk-in for rapid cooling. Reviewed cold holding requirements with PIC.

PIC will call a technician to have the unit repaired. Do not store TCS food items in this unit until it is repaired. Establishment has adequate refrigeration on site to maintain operation. Reviewed proper cold holding equipment requirements with PIC to ensure items are properly held at or below 41°F.
