Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager ---- No proof of a certified food protection manager. Discussed with person in charge that there needs to be at least one Certified Food Manager at the establishment at all time. Establishment installed a cold brew coffee tap without a remodel permit. Person in charge was provided information on how to submit for an expedited remodel permit. A minor remodel permit is to be submitted within 5 business days.
