Inspection Comments

Met on site with management to discuss: 1). Fly / insect barrier at the entrance of the kitchen. Options are to reduce the air flow to the minimum flow required or install a glass panel with sliding compartment. 2). In the bar area a similar pass through compartment on the pony door was discussed. 3). Outdoor cooking was discussed. If applied for you will need to submit for a minor remodel. Requirements are: a). Barrier between grill and public. b), Cleanable floor. c). Hand wash sink with hot and cold water. d). Sufficient lighting. Other option would be to obtain a catering permit for the property that can be used at certain games / events but will not be valid on a permanent basis. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Auto-e-mail including inspection rights. Water for the clubhouse and bar is provided by city water.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
