Inspection Comments

Pre- Final construction inspection for the pool bar. Walk through with the superintendent and the chef. The following items were discussed for follow up: 1). Drain lines in bar will be strapped down inside for the sinks. 2). Prep sink will be mounted and caulked at the top wall juncture. 3). Fly fan will be installed over the double door at the patio side. 4). Mop closet must e sealed to the floor and should be flashed to the walls at the sides. Please close the gaps. 5). In the bar area seal all the joints between the equipment. 6). Level the drain board to the side of the sink. 7). When down all equipment should be caulked at the back wall junctures. 8). Please provide a door sweep for the mechanical room. 9). Adjust the lights and make sure you have proper lighting at the bar for after hours. 10). Some of the plumbing is still being finished up, like at the dump sink. Not sure, install splash guards on hand sinks if food or ice is stored within 24 inches. At time of final please make sure you have all your equipment in place, on and holding at proper temperatures. Hot and cold water at all sinks.
