Observed jugs of milk in reach-in refrigerator in back storage area with internal temperatures of 54-57 degrees Fahrenheit. Please ensure time-and-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods are kept cold at 41F or colder. Per manager, milks were purchased and placed in refrigerator during the previous business day. Milks were stored in reach-in refrigerator that was measured with ambient temperature of 53F with min-max thermometer. Person in charge (PIC) voluntarily discarded milks during the inspection to correct. See embargo form.

Large reach-in refrigerator holding out-of-temperature TCS foods was measured with ambient air temperature of 53F during inspection. Please ensure all refrigeration can hold cold at 41F or colder. Per manager, establishment will not store TCS foods in this unit until repairs are complete. 10-Day Re-Inspection - re-inspection will occur on or before December 5, 2023.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority and 1 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. Inspection rights accepted by Tamara L. Report e-mailed to manager. Inspector emphasized importance of consistently following posted Time as Public Health Control policy for in-use containers of milk and ensuring that hand soap/cleanser is available at all hand washing sinks used by staff. Re-inspection will occur on or before December 5, 2023. No County legal action will result from this inspection. On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees. We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal.
